Return & Exchange Policy
1) ALL or ANY Returned Items Carry a 25% restocking fee.
2) Condition 1 must be met regardless of the number of times it takes you to get the correct size.
3) Exchange shipping is free via ground service after condition 1 is met.
4) You May Pay More for Faster Return shipping above the free rate, after condition 1 is met.
5) Returning an item does not guarantee the requested exchange size is in stock or available.
6) All Returns or Exchanges are approved or denied soley at the discretion of the Management.
7) This Policy is subject To Change without notice at the discretion of the Managment.
8) Changes to this Policy are not backwards applicable.
9) Abuse or Manipulation of This Policy will not be tolerated and will be considered grounds for denial.
10) We Reserve The Right to Refuse Service To Anyone.
Here are the strict conditions for returns & exchanges.
- The item is in the same new condition
- Item is Clean and Odor Free.
- You did not use the item other than to try it on
- All the tags are still attached to the item
- The item has not been altered in any way
- You need to send the item back within 7 days of receiving it
- It has to be sent back in the same box with enough packing materials
- The item has to be sent back pre-paid by you
- International buyers please send original S&H for exchanges
- Abuse of this policy will not be accepted
- We reserve the right to deny an exchange or refund under some circumstances
- All conditions has to be met with no exceptions
- Shipping & Handling will not be refunded in any case
If you do not follow the policy listed above, or if we receive the item damaged or used, the item will be returned to you after receiving the shipping charges from you.
Please be noted that it may take upto one or two billing cycles to reflect the refund in your credit card statement if you paid by credit card. If you need your exchange item faster, please place a new order and send the other item back asking for full refund. Please include your new order number as proof. You will get tracking or delivery confirmation as applicable by email once the item is shipped back to you. Please avoid sending emails asking for status.
